  • High Tide Loyalty members can earn points by making a purchase (food, beverage, catering, or retail) at any High Tide Hospitality concept, excluding The Waterman Fish Bar in the Charlotte Douglas Airport.

    Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent and may redeem rewards once they’ve reached 100 points or more.

  • The best way to keep track of your Loyalty status is with the Toast Local App. You can also click the "Check Status” button on any HTH website or ask a team member to look up your account in-store or over the phone.

  • No problem! Contact us at packardtavern@eat704.com with your name, account ID (phone or email), and a copy of your receipt (or transaction details).

  • Sure thing! You can link a new credit card to an existing loyalty account by: 1) adding it manually on the Toast Local App or 2) asking your cashier to connect your rewards account to your transaction before payment.

  • Yes! We understand that phone numbers and emails change. If you find yourself with multiple loyalty accounts and would like to merge all data together, send a request to support@eat704.com for assistance.

  • Earned reward points do not. If a diner records their birthday in their profile, they will receive an automated birthday gift (100 points) that is only valid for redemption during their birth month.

  • Yes, reward point redemptions are limited to $50 per transaction.

  • Points are earned on ANY purchase (food, drink, or retail), but may not be redeemed on beverages containing beer, wine, or liquor per NC ABC laws.

  • High Tide Hospitality gift cards are excluded from this program.

  • No, loyalty members can only earn points on orders placed directly with Packard Tavern, whether that’s in-store or direct through the website (Toast).
