Packard Tavern is a High Tide Hospitality concept slated to open in Spring 2026. The tavern will serve contemporary dishes by Executive Chef DJ Ivey (Sea Level NC) and timeless cocktails by Beverage Director Azure Cassidy (High Tide Hospitality).
