Frequently Asked Questions
Where are you located? We are located at 222 South Church St., Suite 100, in the historic Packard Place building in Charlotte, NC. We’re proud to be part of the Center City (“Uptown”) dining scene and are eager to watch the city continue to grow.

Where should I park? Do you validate parking? We recommend parking in the garage attached to the Packard Place building. You can enter and exit from Church St. Bring in your ticket to enjoy $5 validation (excluding city-wide special events).
If the garage is full, there are plenty of other lots and garages around our block. However, we can only validate for the Packard Place garage.
Are reservations required? They are recommended, but walk-ins are welcome! We have a large dining room and expansive bar, so we’ll find a seat for you to unwind and enjoy.
We are open daily at 4:00 PM, but closed on Sundays.
Do you host large parties outside of private dining rooms?Absolutely! No reason is too small to celebrate. Whether you’re planning a Happy Hour, birthday gathering, corporate lunch, or any other occasion - we’re happy to help.
Call us directly and ask to speak with a manager or email the team at packardtavern@eat704.com.
Is there a dress code?Come as you are. Our space is a welcome respite for the weary traveler. Whether you’ve just left work, landed in the Queen City only hours ago, or are headed to a concert/game, we are happy to serve you.
Do you have gluten-free or vegan dishes? We certainly do! Inform your server of your allergen or dietary needs, and they’ll guide you through the plentiful options we have. You’re also welcome to contact us before your visit so we can better plan for your arrival. Our Chef is happy to accommodate as able!
